동방신기 Lawsuit 2009 In Fans and Non-fans

Let me introduce myself first. My name is Hima and I am one of the writer in Asianfanfic.com.

This paper I made is for my research for my fanfic that I made this year. Because limited and vagued information I got about lawsuit, make me take this way to gather all opinion public about what happened. There's a lot of argument and controversion about this. So I hope with this I could collect data about opinion public with this lawsuit.

We knew that JYJ lawsuit with SM ended in November 28, 2012 with SM and JYJ withdraw their all lawsuit and had agreed to not interfere each other's activity. But we knew what wiould happen with JYJ and Homin in the future.

This year 2016, is the year I found there's something missing with their lawsuit. Even lot of opinions occures in many social network, there's seems a lot of question that without answer.

And with they are reaching thei 30's now, so many idols had banged Hallyu, such EXO, BEAST, etc.

So, I would ask a few question and answer to public and measure their respond.
