Appearance: Tell me what your OC looks like and if there are any minor changes to the face claim. This can include height, weight, hair color, eye color, birthmarks, special accesories and what not. Please describe your OC's human form in the first paragraph and her supernatural form if she has one in the second paragraph. In the second paragraph tell me if anything changes from her human form. They could have different hair color, height, eye color, etc in their natural forms. Also, if you're applying for plots like the fairy, kumiho or whatnot, be sure to tell me what color their wings/tails are. Stuff like that, you know. 

Style: A brief description of how your character usually dresses, or would dress once she started to live in and understand human society. Also in a second paragraph tell me how your character is dressed in her natural form (if this applies) Does she wear a kimono, dress or hanbok? 

Personality: I'm not the biggest fan of labelling personality traits as positive or negative. One of the best poli-sci professors I've had said something like this: "Too much of one thing can be a vice just as too little of something can also be a vice." He said it way cooler, but basically, balance is important. If you lack for example, a sense of caring for others, then yeah, that's bad. But if you care for others too much to the point where you can't prioritize your own needs, then that's also bad. So when you list a trait, keep in mind, some personality traits usually perceived as positive can be negative, and if you could tell me when this trait of yours is positive and when its negative bonus points ++ :) Also something interesting to think about, no? Balance is everything; tell me your character's balance. Also I don't really care if the personality is different than the one I listed on the plotlines, but if they are different, their personalities better be developed very well and their backgrounds should really explain why their personalities are like this, okay? I don't want to tell you how your character should act, but if you don't follow the suggestion, it better be good! 

Background: Probably one of the most important parts for a fantasy apply fic like this! What happened to your character in the past? What was her childhood like? Relationshpi with family or friends? How does she perceive the world and how much of that is influenced by what she's experienced? Talk about how she feels about humans, is there a reason why she hates/ likes them? How does she feel about the rest of her race? Is most of her race in captivity or is your OC one of the first few to be captured in an EX'ACT preserve? (Remember magical creatures were only discovered in 2000 so it is possible for your character to be one of the first few to be discovered, especially the Djinn) How did your character even get captured onto a preserve anyway and where was she before?  

Present: Well, your character will start off as a captive in EX'ACT labs in this story. Obivously she is there against her will. So compared to how your OC was in the past (background), how has she changed (if she has changed)? How did she take being in a part of experiments that possibly damaged her? How was the experimentation process for her? Did it fry her brains out (I hope not lol) or did it make her depressed? Did it make her hate humans (probably). How do the researchers treat her? And after they all escape, how does she take living in human society with everyone else?

Oh, the moment we become one; we'll be the lucky ones 

First Meeting: okay, so the first time your OC and your love interest will meet is after they escape from ex'act labs. Not really romantic, I know. But tell me what you want your guys' first impression of each other should be like.  was it love at first sight? hate at first sight? stuff like that and their first few encounters.

Relationship: explain here how your character and her love interest act around each other. how do they treat the other? how do others see them? tell me how their relationship builds and how they start to like one another more despite their differences. Since your OCs are magical beings, it should be hard for them to build an immediate relationship. Your OCs are not human. It should be hard for them to understand the boys, much less fall in love with them. Unless you want a love at first sight story, that works too, but I really want to know how should I build their relationship throughout the story. 

Conclusion: and now inform us of the ending you want for your character and her love interest to end up with. pretty self explanatory, i think.
