Gaon Music Chart, just like many of us, absolutely believes that EXO will have no problem becoming "triple million sellers" with their 3rd full album 'EX'ACT'. What the chart is more interested in, is predicting exactly how many albums EXO will sell by the end of 2016, which they've laid out below.

According to this table, EXO has sold an incredible, cumulative number of 5,325,704 albums in the past 4 years since debut.

In 2013 and 2015, the group was able to surpass a million in album sales by releasing their 1st and 2nd full albums, as well as repackaged versions of those albums. Goan Chart predicts that the same circumstances will occur with 'EX'ACT' in 2016, but for the first time, EXO may even be able to surpass 2 million in album sales.

The above graph shows a percentage division of the various albums EXO sold in 2015. EXO's 2nd full album 'EXODUS' (Korean version) took up 26% of their sales in 2015, the Chinese version 15%, the repackaged album 'Love Me Right' 17% and 8% (Korean and Chinese versions respectively), and finally, the two versions of their special year-end album 'Sing For You' took up 18% and 10%, while the last 6% came from miscellaneous sales.

As a result, Gaon Chart concludes that if EXO carry out plans for a repackaged version to their 3rd full album 'EX'ACT', as well as a special year-end album toward the end of 2016, then the group has the potential to not just become a "triple million seller", but may also achieve the unbelievable feat of selling over 2 million albums in the course of a year.

Do you think it's possible, EXO-L?
