A wedding

Hey all!! Anyeong!

so how is everyone? hope all is fine and well. its finals season now, i have a week gap and god knows what i used those gap days for.

how was your christmas holiday? and oh Happy new year! New Beginnings, New challenges!

I had a fun holiday back home, cooked a lot, ate a lot, laughed so much, tonnes of photos (if u guys wanna see em, i posted on my instagram) and just had so much love since everyone came home.

also, on the last day of 2015, i successfully submitted my final year project dissertation and PHEW! that lifted the huge boulder i had on my shoulders the whole semester. like really, i swear to god it felt good! not that i'm saying what i wrote in my paper were excellent but all those hours spent on the project was all out of the way. it was really all or nothing!

anyways, i found this a month a book challenge on pintrest....maybe i'd try it out but i highly doubt i'll finish the book in a month...i am a slow reader after all on top of my pending internship and all but i will try my best. and you guys should totally try it out too!

oh and back to the title of the post....i went to a friend's wedding last weekend. she was someone i went to elementry school with. the wedding was BEAUTIFUL! it was a garden wedding by the seaside. The sound of the waves crashing onto the shores and the sand in between my bare feet was totally rejuvenating. The wedding had a very melancholic vibe to it, so full of love and very romantic with candles all over the place, good food, good wine, romantic music and good company. Perfect! i caught up with tonnes of friends. everyone was so different so....i dont really know how to describe it but everyone changed. some even looked like fashion magazine worthy. i even met with a dear friend's son! can u believe it? a son! a 4 year old son! OMG! i feel totally old and left out. one thing i noticed was, a handful was engaged and had wedding plans set out and another half was  busy planning the next child and there i was not a thought in the world about those things.

i mean my current plans are intern, graduate, travel a few places then juggle work and postgrade studies. i feel like a unicorn among the horses (Is this even a legit expression? LOL!)

and one thing that made me think even deeper was my own bestfriend is expecting her first baby!

or maybe is it because i dont have any special someone to visualize these things with? What bout you guys? What are your future plans? I won't judge, promise :)

alright then, till next time!

anyeong yeurobun!

Glad you had a good break & it's ok to have your own plans & not catch up with the world. As for me, work, work & more work for now :)
