In light of all the tumult that EXO members (and its fans) went through with the unpleasant exit of Kris and Luhan and now maybe even Tao, it seems more tensions have been wrought between the former and current EXO member on social media. 

Baekhyun and Chanyeol, who were followers of Tao on Instagram have recently unfollowed Tao. Additionally, Tao has omitted the phrase "EXO member" on his Weibo and fans can't help but worry that EXO-M will never see the return of the sub-group's lead rapper. These social media incidents have all occurred after Tao's Chinese solo debut was made public. With that announcement, it appears Tao is another step further away from SM and EXO, deliberately distancing himself from the group he used to be a definite part of.
