I really need to find this fanfic, but I can't remember what it is called. 

Story plot: Baekhyun and Chanyeol met on a train and they became friend because of a piece if paper. The piece of paper contains the things Baekhyun wants to do before he die, because he have a tumor. As days pass, Chanyeol and Baekhyun became friends, leading to lovers. They meet everyday but Chanyeol also realized he had cancer, but he didn't tell Baekhyun, so at the end, the person who diem was Chanyeol and not Baekhyun
