ok so someone just private message me, saying that rewriting/re-editing isnt really allowed and that i probably got someone else to rewrite my stories for me instead of me actually taking the time to rewrite my stories. he/she also went on to say that all i care about i ssybscribers, and comments and upvotes. ok i mean i guess i do care bout those because i am a writer here and i want my work to be recognized, what writer on AFF doesnt? and its not like im saying "i'm the best." or anything along those lines..

i know i should probably just ignore or something but its been bothering me since he/she's talked to me about it a couple times now..

Tell that person to go screw himself/herself. Anyone who says such mean words and discourages a writer should not be seen on the face of this earth.

Just ignore/block them like srsly, it's your story, you should do whatever you want with it. If you want to re-write it, go for it. If you want to make the writing bright pink, do that too! Who cares what they say. I know I constantly rewrite things so just do you okay?

that is okay and it's always useful and to help a writer to formulate and what not.
even actual writers do the same thing before their final product is done.
and even re-release a new edition as well.
please don't take this person's words to heart.
i'm not sure what the person is trying to say to you about it all, but it's your story and you can do whatever you want.
